The Role

The school is looking for a motivated Art ECT who can deliver engaging and imaginative lessons that inspire students to explore their creativity and develop strong artistic skills. The successful Art ECT will benefit from a structured induction programme and ongoing guidance from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities of the Art ECT include:

• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4

• Planning creative lessons across a range of media including drawing painting and mixed media

• Supporting students in developing coursework portfolios and creative projects

• Monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback

• Contributing to displays exhibitions and wider Art department activities
