You will work closely with the Headteacher and governors to ensure that resources are managed effectively and that the school runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on financial planning budgeting and resource management
Oversee HR recruitment and staff contracts
Manage site facilities and health & safety compliance
Line manage administrative and support staff
Ensure effective procurement and contract management
Support strategic planning and school improvement priorities
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in a senior operational or business management role
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Excellent leadership and organisational abilities
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work strategically and operationally
