Key Responsibilities
- Set up and teardown Radio remote equipment for live on location remote broadcasts.
- Greeting and interacting with both clients and listeners in an energetic professional and courteous manner.
- Evaluates and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and informing Engineering Department.
- Maintains remote equipment and remote storage room.
- Capturing images and posting on social media
Critical Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Excellent communication interpersonal and decision-making skills required.
- Need initiative and organizational skills plus the ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly independent position.
- NSCC Broadcast College degree is an asset.
- Possess a valid drivers license.
- Be personable and approachable.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
