Job Summary
In our optimized CIP Platform CIP Terra Technologies a project delivery company delivering projects from onshore wind solar PV and battery energy storage systems to bioenergy thermal and transmission infrastructure is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our CIP office in Melbourne Australia.
Team
As our new Executive Assistant you will work closely with the Head of Flagship Funds in CIP Terra Technologies in Australia and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The role also collaborates with internal support functions such as our Office Manager and the global Executive Assistant community.
Role
This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months and for the right individual there will be a potential for permanent role which will be based on your individual performance and business needs. As an Executive Assistant for our Managing Director you will get a key position. You will play a central role both internally and externally and you will be his closest go-to person in providing broad reliable administrative support managing his calendar and ensuring alignment in his daily schedule. You will also work closely with the Office Manager in supporting a smooth day-to-day operation of the office by helping out with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
- Diligently organize and maintain the Managing Directors calendar and travel arrangements ensuring alignment in the daily schedule and keeping the calendar up-to-date. You will coordinate closely with the Strategy Office and other team members supporting the Managing Director
- Provide broad comprehensive administrative support e.g. managing incoming inquiries scheduling of meetings and organize and leverage the Managing Directors time effectively
- Various administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations in the office
- Provide personal assistance and support.
On top of the above you will get the benefit of being part of a team of highly dedicated colleagues who all cooperate in supporting the Managing Director in his day-to-day duties.
About you
You possess a solid and relevant work experience from a position as Personal/Executive Assistant in a consulting firm law firm investment bank or from a large international company.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive energetic and engaged professional who collaborates effectively takes initiative and is a resourceful person with a high level of professionalism who can handle confidential material discreetly.
