| Responsibilities: | Marketing Research & Analysis - Conduct marketing research to support strategic marketing initiatives and campaign planning
- Assist in identifying marketing needs and opportunities for academic program pages
- Conduct competitive analysis of peer institutions and similar academic programs to identify trends positioning and messaging strategies
- Compile research findings and insights for the marketing team to inform future initiatives
Website & Content Review - Review Quinnipiac University websites and subsites to ensure information is accurate up-to-date and aligned with university messaging
- Assist with website audits to identify outdated content inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement
- Support the marketing team in maintaining consistency across academic program pages and digital content
Marketing Materials Support - Assist with the development of noncreative services materials such as information session one-sheeters PowerPoint presentations and informational graphics
- Support updates to existing marketing materials when program information changes
Additional Marketing Projects - Provide general marketing support on special projects as needed
- Assist with organization of marketing research documentation and program information
- Support the marketing team on additional initiatives as time allows

| Qualifications: | - Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy and consistency
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team initiatives
- Interest in marketing communications or higher education marketing
Technical Skills - Proficiency in Canva is required including experience creating professional documents such as one-sheets flyers and informational materials
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
