Job Summary
Job Title: Associate Program Finance
Job Location: Plano Texas
Job Description:
- Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)
- Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
- Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts
- Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
- Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
- Support cash application process through research and reconciliations
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Management Business Administration Mathematics or related field with 0-1 years prior relevant experience or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of cost/schedule development budgeting financial analysis and reporting financial modeling corporate forecasting and/or business acquisitions
- Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
- Expereince with customer/management reporting
