Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Workplace & AV Technology Application Consultant to support the management implementation and continuous improvement of workplace-related applications and building-specific AV systems.
In this role you will contribute to the development of modern workplace solutions drive innovation and take ownership of internal IT-related initiatives in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
Manage implement and enhance workplace-related applications and building-specific AV systems
Continuously improve existing products and actively manage feature pipelines
Explore innovative concepts and transform ideas into future-ready solutions
Coordinate and manage internal IT projects with a high degree of ownership and initiative
Lead the conceptual design of new solutions within the workplace and AV technology domain
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery and integration of solutions
Several years of hands-on experience with workplace-related applications ideally including:
- Workplace management
- Visitor management
- Building automation
- CCTV
- Access management
Solid understanding of workplace and AV technologies
Ability to read and interpret building and electrical plans
Independent structured and solution-oriented way of working
Proactive ambitious and hands-on mindset with strong ownership mentality
Experience coordinating and delivering internal IT projects
Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
German is an advantage especially for collaboration with local teams and suppliers
