Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Operations professional with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to manage end-to-end claims processes and oversee operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle including FNOL adjudication settlement and closure.
- Oversee and coordinate with claims vendors and offshore teams ensuring service quality SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all claims-related processes and escalations.
- Monitor claims performance metrics and drive process improvements and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (underwriting finance compliance) to streamline operations.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to distributed teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims operations.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end claims processes.
- Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple claims workflows and escalations effectively.
