As our next Beauty Services Manager at Sephora you will manage the Beauty Skincare and Fragrance Studio within your specific Sephora store location. You will spearhead the strategy for our 1:1 paid client services such as make-up applications and skincare services. Our Beauty Services Manager also owns the innovation and execution of classes and events held within their Sephora store in collaboration with our brand partners. This role will focus on the coaching and development of the Paid-Service Beauty Advisor team to ensure they are qualified to deliver a tailored beauty or skincare experience for our clients. This role reports to our Store Director and leads a team of Beauty Services Leads Coordinators and Advisors.

The compensation ranges betweenCAD$54800.00 - CAD$68500.00. In addition you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities a competitive benefits program and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual and any additional non-discriminatory legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
