Your responsibilities

• See the big picture - Establish the technical solutions for our digital products and services enabling re-use flexibility and scale and accelerating our ability to build compelling products and services.

• Ideate - evolve and re-imagine our technology stack ensuring resilient and modern functionality is maintained while clearing the way for the next horizon of innovation.

• Connect - Build strong relationships with our product engineering cyber data and delivery stakeholders. Research and learn bringing in innovative thought leadership to the team and driving designs that are contextual given our current landscape our regulatory obligations and our future goals.

• Measure everything enable consistent and coherent monitoring and analytics capabilities enabling the collection and use of data from all our products to identify issues monitor performance and measurably improve our platform.

• Build directly contribute to engineering engineering practices correction and support and work in close partnership with your product and engineering team members to build and experiment cohesive products and services - delivering frequently efficiently and safely based on codified patterns controlled pipelines and automated quality frameworks.

• Assure run and manage support the team across quality engineering enabling consistent patterns assessment of quality and improvements to designs to simplify our landscape eliminate waste and to operation and run manage the platforms safely. A hands-on problem solver that deeply understands the technical implementations applied across the product stack.

• The role is required for our public access channels Subscription channels our Data & Innovation Squads and our Enterprise Enablement team.

Must have

• Bachelors degree Comp Science Data Finance or Tech / Masters

• Experience in services design solutions architect/solutions design product development engineering and delivery

• Strong understanding of digital technologies including Java Spring Typescript/Javascript Node and React/NextJS

• Experience with Java RESTful APIs and integration technology such as SQS/SNS Event Bridge and Kafka

• Use of CI/CD Tools - Git GitLab GitHub. Terraform Gradle Maven npm yarn

• Good database experience including SQL and no-SQL

• Strong experience with public cloud AWS preferred.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• JIRA and Confluence CI-CD control and unit testing production ready applications microservices automation troubleshooting tuning and performance secure coding and data/application protection.

Nice to have

• AI experience and skills

• Direct experience in capital markets

• Cloud certification Business or Product certification

• Customer domain experience compliance and risk experience regulatory environment experience.
