The Opportunity
As Territory Manager you will build strong and sustainable customer relationships within the stores in your territory with a view to partnering to grow revenue and build our brands. Youll be well supported by our in-house merchandising team who you will work closely with and provide coaching and training to as needed.
With energy and drive you will partner closely with your stores to grow revenue through the flawless execution of promotional plans compliance against planned in-store activity and identifying additional opportunities for ranging and display. All supported by access to data & insights so youll be able to put your analytical skills to great use.

This role is responsible for the Palmerston North Whanganui and Waipukurau areas.
The ingredients youll bring
- A passion for selling and building relationships
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Great communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management planning and organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Experience in the NZ FMCG/ Grocery industry with field sales and/or merchandising experience an advantage
