Job Details:

Job Title: Travel RN Telemetry
Location: Syracuse NY 13120
Shift: 07:00AM- 07:00PM ; 3 shifts/week
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $58.00 $62.50 per hour on W2
Facility: SUNY Upstate University Hospital

Experience Required:
At least 1 2 years of experience as RN Telemetry

Required Documents:
Updated Resume
NY State RN License
COVID Vaccination Report Card
BLS or ACLS Certification (NIHSSA reqired )
Last Four Digits of SSN
Drivers License
