POSITION OVERVIEW The Software Engineer 3 will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems for the Comms Media & Technology business unit. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high-performing solutions while acting as a subject matter expert and mentor within the team.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in software development.
- Provide technical solutions to problems for immediate and adjacent teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
