Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
- Assess change impact across people processes culture and technology.
- Define change success metrics and adoption KPIs.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Coach and support executive sponsors and leaders to effectively lead change.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and readiness for transformation.
- Support users through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15 years of experience
- 10 yrs experience in OCM or transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting global organizations with integrations and spin offs
