Job Description:
Automation Manual Tester
Design develop and execute manual and automated test suites
Experience with bug tracking tools and test management systems (e.g. TestRail)
Strong web testing experience
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework and Playwright
Design manual and automated testing processes test plans and test cases
Execute system functional regression integration usability performance load and UAT testing
Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing framework for new and existing releases
Organize and oversee all testing activities across the SDLC
Apply industry QA standards best practices and tools
Ensure system standards code and documentation are current and stored in a secure central repository
Track manage and report test defects using designated QA tools
Communicate testing status and progress to project management
Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and software quality
Ensure overall quality of project deliverables across all testing phases
Support development and production change management processes with quality controls
Manage the full defect lifecycle and communicate findings to stakeholders
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field
Designing manual and automated test suites
Experience with bug tracking tools and test management systems
Strong web testing experience
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks
Minimum 8 years of testing experience
Design a test plan for a new feature
Explain how you handle regression testing
How do you prioritize testing tasks
Describe a challenging bug you found and how you resolved it
How do you stay updated on new testing tools and techniques
