Job Summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a System Administrator to add to a new team in Annapolis Junction MD! On this program you will assist in providing engineering design architecture installation configuration and maintenance for the Cryptographic Physical Products Modernizations (CPPM) program. Thisprogram will work to modernize existing systems that order generate produce and distribute physical products.

Requirements:

Provide support for implementationtroubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems (U) Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations monitoringand problem resolution forall ofthe client/server/storage/network devices mobile devices etc.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Optimizesystem operations and resourceutilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems; Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems andremains involved in the resolution process.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software troubleshoot maintainintegrityof and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

Active security clearance with polygraph.
10-15 years experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is .
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is . Five (05) years ofadditionalSA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Infrastructure experience installing configuringmaintaining troubleshooting and using system security (container security virtual machine security security boundary enforcement) configuration and reporting tools.
Infrastructureexperience with the following tools is strongly preferred: ELK Tripwire VMware RedHatSELinuxsecurity tool suite
