We are partnering with a prominent globally affiliated non-profit organization based in Johannesburg. They are a leading administrative body within the intellectual property and entertainment sector responsible for managing massive volumes of complex data and financial transactions to protect the rights and livelihoods of thousands of creators.

Performance Objectives for Year One:

Database Optimization & Resilience: Audit tune and optimize the existing Microsoft SQL Server environment (spanning up to 2022/2025 versions) to ensure maximum performance implementing robust High Availability and Disaster Recovery (Always On Availability Groups Failover Clustering) protocols.
Infrastructure Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the lifecycle management and seamless upgrade of the core Windows Server infrastructure and Hyper-V virtualization environment ensuring maximum availability and capacity optimization.
Security & Compliance Hardening: Drive a comprehensive security hardening initiative across all endpoints servers and networks ensuring strict alignment with ISO 27001 POPIA and GDPR compliance frameworks.
Process Automation: Develop and deploy advanced PowerShell and T-SQL automation scripts to significantly reduce manual database administration infrastructure provisioning and maintenance tasks.
Enterprise Systems Integration: Ensure the seamless operation integration and performance of critical enterprise applications specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX and SharePoint Server within the core infrastructure.
