Role Highlights

As aTeamLeader youll play a keyleadership role in driving exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.

TheTeamLeader(TL) will focus on increasing growth within the business with the discipline through One Best Way (OBW) and adding value internally and externally to gain customer market share. Youll help create a positive highperforming environment where our people thrive and our customers feel valued.

You will confidently run all aspects of the business - leading from the front setting high standards and supporting the growth of both individuals and the widerteam.

What Youll Be Doing

Delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience and driving high quotetobooking conversion rates (personal team).
Creating a culture of success positivity and strong performance.
Building and expanding a loyal customer base through exceptional service care and proactive business development.
Supporting the implementation of brand strategy ensuring allteammembers understand and embed key initiatives.
Driving consistency in processes and OBW standards while embracing new systems and ways of working.
Supporting disciplinary standards and helping coach underperformers to achieve continuous improvement.
Communicating openly and effectively with yourteam customers and colleagues acrossFCB.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 4 years work experience.
Minimum 1-year FTL experience
Demonstrated ability to driveteamresults.
Strong track record in personal sales
Experience working across multipleteams
