We are seeking candidates to fill Summer Positions at ourNicolet Mill in De Pere WI.Starting pay for these positions is $20.85/hour to $23.63/hour based on work schedule. Team Members also earn an additional $1.10/hour Monday Thursday nights and $3.75/hour on the weekends!These roles are a great fit for students or those looking to pick up additional work to supplement their income.
OurSummer Team Memberswork in a variety of departments throughout the mill such as in our paper mill maintenance shipping ramp and Team Members may be responsible for providingsupport to multiple departments throughout the mill housekeeping assisting equipment operators painting clerical work and other tasks as requested.
No experience necessary! We provide paid training in our safe team focused and welcoming culture.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to work an 8- or 10-hour day shift or a 12-hour rotating shift based on work assignment. Nights and/or weekends may be required based on schedule.
- Able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
- Work well with a team.
- Must be a safe worker and follow all safety rules.
- Must report to work on time and have excellent attendance.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Physical requirements vary based on position but may include:
- Able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- Work around machinery
- Operate fork trucks clamp trucks and pallet jacks
- Work in a hot and humid environment
