Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas Nursing Home Administrator license

• Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance census development and financial performance

• Experience stabilizing operations or leading facilities through transitions preferred

• Ability to quickly assess operational needs and implement effective solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership and oversight of day-to-day facility operations

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Support department heads and maintain staff engagement during the interim period

• Monitor census financial performance and operational metrics

• Partner with ownership and regional leadership to stabilize operations and implement improvement strategies

• Maintain high standards of resident care and clinical quality
