SUMMARY Service Manager Parkway Ford
Parkway Fordis looking for a service manager to join our team. If you enjoy delivering an excellent customer experience and have prior experience working as a service manager or lead advisor we want to talk to you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
- Distribute work between technicians
- Prioritize required services
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Organized and friendly personality
- Dealership experience preferred
Service managers must have strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication skills are required to work with customers employees and vendors. Managers are also required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
