Post Title: Megastore Assistant Manager
Reporting To: Retail Business Development Manager
Location: Daisy Chain Megastore Team Valley Retail Park
Salary: 26000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Job brief
To support the Megastore Management Team in ensuring the Megastore operates in a smooth and efficient manner to maximise sales and income potential. You will assist the Megastore Managers in motivating and leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver our retail aims.
The post holder will set and maintain high standards of customer service at all times to provide an enjoyable customer experience and encourage return customers.The post holder must be proactive driven and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key holder carrying out daily admin duties which include till reconciliation and banking procedures as well as deputising for the Store Retail Brand manager as required.
