What The Role Involves:

You will own the mission to double organic SQLs in 12 months. This isnt a follow best practices SEO is about rebuilding a broken organic channel and figuring out what actually drives pipeline through relentless experimentation.

Youll operate at the intersection ofSEO growth and revenue solving for both:

Fixing declining fundamentals
Cracking how modern search (AI LLMs answer engines) drives SQLs

What Your Impact Will Look Like:

Organic Funnel Ownership
Own the entire organic funnel: traffic MQLs SQLs pipeline.
Be accountable to one metric: organic SQLs.

Diagnose & Fix Whats Broken
Identify why organic declined (content decay weak EEAT technical gaps strategy issues) and ship fixes fast.
Prioritize ruthlesslyfocus only on what moves SQLs.

Experimentation at Speed
Runexperiments in the first 90 days across:

High-intent keywords Conversion paths Content formats and SEO tactics. Double down on winners. Kill what doesnt work.

Win in Modern Search
Drive visibility across:

Google & AI Overviews

ChatGPT Perplexity answer engines

Test what gets cited what ranks and what converts.

Build Systems That Scale
Create compounding systems using:

Programmatic SEO
