What Your Impact Will Look Like:
Own the entire organic funnel: traffic MQLs SQLs pipeline.
Be accountable to one metric: organic SQLs.
Identify why organic declined (content decay weak EEAT technical gaps strategy issues) and ship fixes fast.
Prioritize ruthlesslyfocus only on what moves SQLs.
Runexperiments in the first 90 days across:
