| KRA1 | Customer support | *Timely attain customer complaint if arises *Ensure timely redressal of complaint. *inform R&D on regular basis regarding product performance. |
| KRA2 | Retail activity | *Arrange for proper visibility of POP material at retail counter *Conduct training program for retailers and its staff * Regular interacting with stockiest and retailers for product promotion and smooth secondary sales. |
| KRA3 | Applicator development | * To develop 10 applicator per month for correct application of product * Regular conduct training program for applicator. * maintain relationship with large applicator for exclusive use of our product *Maintain city wise records of all potential applicator |
| KRA4 | Technical meeting with Architect & Builders | * Meeting with minimum 15 potential Architects every month * Meeting with minimum 15 potential Builders every month * To keep city-wise complete records of Architects & builders with their future projects in hand * . Regular presentation to architect and builders for imparting knowledge. |
| KRA5 | Lead and order generations | * Achieving Monthly Target * Co-coordinating with local officer to promote product in trade segment * Presentation to architect builders for lead generations * Arrange for sampling at site and ensure conversion * Generate orders as per company specified norms for payment and dispatch. * Coordinate with logistic and depot in charges for availability of stock and timely dispatches to customer. * Timely Payment collection as per P.O. terms. * Timely Collection of C-form if any. * To maintain all records independently such as quotations submitted to customers P.O. copy payment records invoices/challans and all correspondence with customers and plant. |
