When a new client contacts Litco Law our Client Solutions are the first ones they speak with. The Client Solutions teamis responsible formaking that first connection with potential clients and ensuring that every interaction with us ispositive rightfrom day one.We are committed to ensuring that anyone contacting our team whether over the phone or in person receives immediateassistanceand is left with a positive impression of our team. We are therefore looking to add a dedicatedClient Solutions Receptionistto our Client Solutions department.



As the first point of contact for all incoming callers theClient Solutions Receptionistwillbe responsible foranswering allback of housemain line calls andoperatinga multi-line phone system to make sure no caller is left waiting for our help. They will ensure that all clients are left with a fantastic first impression of our firm throughwarm welcoming service.


  • Establish trust and confidence in our firms services byprovidingexceptional client service to all callers
  • Answer all incoming phone calls andoperatea multi-line phone system to make sure no call is missed or ignored
  • Assistclients by answering questions or directing inquiriestothe correct desk
  • Answer initial calls from prospective clients and obtain basicinformationabout injuries and incidents before transferring new leads to our Client Intake Specialists
  • Correctly track all incoming client calls in our file management software and communicate issues or follow uprequirements with other team members
  • Be available toassistother departments or team members with ongoing client communications and administrative tasks as needed
  • Help clients find a solution even ifwerenot it

  • Are fluent in English and have been complimented on your excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Love working with people andprovidingsupport to clients and team members
  • Can
    think outside the boxand be creative in resolving client concerns
  • Know how to prioritize and manage your tasks effectively
  • Have exceptional attention to detail witha high levelof accuracy
  • Canwork efficiently and with integrity under pressure
  • Have experiencein aclient service callcentre or retail related field
