The position ofAssociateOrder to Invoiceis part of theOrder to Cash(OTC)LineofBIC :
- Managesalesordersaccurately and on timein line withStandardOperatingProcedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Communicate effectivelywith internal and externalstakeholdersaboutincoming orders priceinquiries supplyinquiries delivery management order status follow-up
- Resolveanyissues related to order executionfromsalesorder receipt till billing
The role requireshigh levelsof Customer support and interactionwith multiple markets.
Key accountabilities:
- Managesalesordersreceivedby BIC viaagreedchannels(email EDI SFARPAcustomerportals...)accuratelyon-time and in linewith internalprocedures and with agreed service level targets
- Managerequests related tosalesordersexecution withappropriatefollow-through in line with internal procedures and agreed service level targets
- Manage tickets related to the above in line with SNOW policies
- Ensure proper execution of billing procedures and controls
- Front-office for customer contact: telephone e-mail chat contact with customers
- Independent toestablishand maintain Internal and External stakeholdersrelationships
- Trainand support JuniorAssociatesin performanceanddeliverables
- Deliverand ensure capturingina timelymannerof all types of ordersin terms of quality errorrateand feedback of service execution
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes andtocontinuous improvement initiatives in his area ofexpertise
- Contribute toInternal and External Audit and to SOX compliance
- Upon requestto be able to performCustomer Careteamresponsibilities
- Participates in process improvement and automation initiativesimpactingbroader teams
- Maintainup to date customer specific knowledge
Knowledge skills and experience :
- High school degree (University education is desired)
- 1-2yearsof experience in a Shared Services environment for a global company isrequiredor being in Junior role forat least 1 year
- Advanced English and German
- Exposure to ERPs;JDEisaplus
- Strong communicationskills:clear and professional interaction with internal teams and customers
- Ability to work in teams with deadlines and time pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiencyin MS Office (especially Excel); ERPexperience preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of order-to-cash process and financial principles preferred
