Project Manager Platforms & Digital Solutions
About the role
This role will take ownership of the Nintex Platform project including the migration of workflows from onpremise to cloud as well as an upcoming Sales Portal initiative.
This role is well suited to a deliveryfocused Project Manager with strong platform governance and vendorled delivery experience. While details of the Sales Portal initiative are still being finalised the skills required for the Nintex program will be highly transferable.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Nintex Platform project including migration of workflows from onpremise to cloud
- Manage the implementation of an upcoming Sales Portal initiative as requirements are defined
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope delivery plans and milestones
- Manage thirdparty vendors and implementation partners
- Establish and embed platform governance system ownership and operating models
- Define and transition support and maintenance arrangements into businessasusual
- Manage project risks dependencies reporting and financials
- Ensure effective change management and operational handover
About you
You are a pragmatic and deliveryfocused Project Manager with experience leading platform or digital initiatives in complex environments. You are comfortable working with ambiguity managing vendors and setting up governance frameworks that support longterm system sustainability.
Key skills and experience
- Experience migrating workflows from onpremise to cloud environments
- Strong experience with Nintex and/or SharePoint platforms
- Proven experience working with and managing external vendors
- Experience implementing governance frameworks system ownership and support models
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Project Management Information Technology or a related discipline
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is desirable
- Experience delivering platform or digital solutions in a corporate or regulated environment is advantageous
