We have an opportunity for a Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage service team at the Sanibel Island Beach Resort! A beloved boutique hotel on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico Sanibel Island Beach Resort wraps guests in a warm embrace of Old Florida Charm. Our Restaurant Server opportunity is a great full-time position OR a great part-time option for extra money or to get an introduction to hospitality with a potential to transition to a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
- Provide attentive efficient friendly service following our SOPs
- Willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
- Complete all closing side work at end of shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Responsible for personal hygiene grooming clean uniform and professional appearance
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work and clocking in only after being in full uniform
- Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
