Job Summary
New FP&A Role for a Rapidly Growing Company!
Our client is a growing vertically integrated agriculture and food production company. They are adding an FP&A Manager to help drive financial planning operational insights and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Their operations span feed production egg production processing and distribution allowing them to manage quality and efficiency across the entire supply chain. As this company continues to grow with very large outside investors they are expanding the finance team to strengthen analytics and financial visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze cost drivers margins and operational performance
- Prepare monthly management reporting and financial insights
- Partner with operations supply chain and leadership teams
- Support strategic initiatives pricing analysis and capital planning
- Enhance processes and procedures for the rapid growth
Preferred Background:
- 10 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or financial analysis
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in manufacturing agriculture food production or supply chain environments
- Exposure to cost accounting or operational finance
