Job Summary

Description

The Executive Housekeeper supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction consistent quality standards and full compliance with established policies and Standard Operating Procedures. This role oversees all housekeeping functions and team members including clerks suite attendants housepersons and supervisory staff to maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment throughout the property. The Executive Housekeeper plays a key leadership role in delivering outstanding hospitality and service excellence for every guest.



Responsibilities
  • Lead supervise and support all Housekeeping staff including hiring training scheduling performance evaluations and corrective or positive discipline.
  • Ensure all housekeeping operations run efficiently including room assignments public area upkeep supply management and timely completion of guest and management requests.
  • Maintain exceptional guest service standards by responding to inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring proper handling of lost and found items.
  • Uphold and enforce all departmental policies safety protocols OSHA standards and cleanliness procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor daily staff performance workload distribution and operational quality making adjustments to schedules and assignments as needed.
  • Review and analyze daily operational reports to track productivity costs and efficiency providing input on departmental goals and improvement strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and leadership reporting maintenance issues operational concerns and unusual situations promptly.
  • Participate in departmental meetings ongoing training and special projects while maintaining a positive professional and servicefocused demeanor.


Qualifications
  • 35 years of housekeeping operations leadership experience preferred with strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (AS400 experience a plus) and the ability to perform effectively in a fastpaced multitasking environment.
  • Professional appearance dependable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts as business needs require.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for an entire shift climb stairs bend stoop kneel and repeatedly lift 3550 lbs.
  • Strong judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive staff or guest situations while maintaining a positive servicefocused demeanor.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to follow all safety and OSHA requirements.
