Job Summary
Georgia Military College is searching for a Defensive Coordinatorto fill an opening on its junior college football should preferably have experience coaching the defensive secondary at the college level and experience with coaching special teams would be position will entail other off the field responsibilities such as academic oversight/coordination of student-athletes strength & conditioning training of student-athletes and other such duties to support team and student-athlete position is a full-time position with benefits and applicants should have a Bachelors degree for consideration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coaching teaching and leading
Assisting Asst. Athletic Director in preparing field for practices and games completing necessary paperwork and schedules for student-athletes to follow in regards to itineraries travel tracking expenses etc
Developing and executing recruitment strategies
Research target high school and athletic camps as sources for potential student-athletes. Conduct interviews while visiting locations

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience:2 years coaching experience OR comparative time playing at a collegiate/professional level
Skills: Knowledge of NJCAA and NCAA eligibility rules and procedures
