Job Summary
ATC Healthcare Services is seeking adedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our healthcare team. The LPN will providedirect patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians ensuring patients receive safe effective and high-quality care in healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Providebasic nursing careincluding monitoring patient health administering medications and assisting with treatments
Check and recordvital signssuch as blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration
Assist patients withactivities of daily living (ADLs)including bathing dressing and mobility support
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or supervising nurses
Monitor and reportchanges in patient conditionto the healthcare team
Maintainaccurate patient records and documentation
Ensureinfection control and safety standardsare followed
Collaborate with healthcare staff to providequality patient care
Qualifications
Active LPN licensein the state of employment
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
CPR/BLS certificationpreferred
Strongcommunication and patient care skills
Ability to work infast-paced healthcare environments
Flexibility to workvarious shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
