Internship Overview and Job Description

Premier Restoration Hawaii is seeking aMarketing Internto support the Marketing Department through structured supervised tasks. Thiseducational internshipprovides hands-on exposure to marketing and content creation.

As a Marketing Intern you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and enhance your skills in a professional setting. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your internship. This is an excellent opportunity to explore potential career paths expand your network and gain valuable industry role is learning-focused and does not include marketing strategy independent posting decisions or client communication.

What Youll Learn & Do:

Content Creation Support

• Create social media content using pre-approved content calendars
• Draft captions using provided examples and templates
• Assist with basic graphic creation using Canva or similar tools
• Prepare content drafts for review before scheduling or posting

Brand Exposure

• Learn how multiple brands operate under one marketing team
• Understand differences in tone audience and visual style
• Apply brand guidelines when creating content

Organization & Admin Support

• Organize photos videos and digital content assets
• Label and file content clearly for internal use
• Help track completed tasks and assignments

Professional Development

• Participate in brief weekly check-ins
• Practice professional written communication
• Learn basic workplace expectations accountability and time management

Tools & Platforms Youll Be Exposed To

• Canva (basic design)
• Google Drive (file organization)
• Social media platforms

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school college or university program
• Strong desire to learn and develop professional skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
