Outside Sales Account Manager Industrial Component Service and Repair

Essential Functions
- Own and grow your territory develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting cold outreach and lead qualification
- Manage and expand existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Conduct in-person customer visits with plant managers maintenance teams and decision-makers
- Deliver technical sales presentations and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Partner with inside sales customer service and technical teams to win and retain business
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline forecast and territory activity
Experience Education and Skills
- 2 years of industrial sales experience (service/repair sales strongly preferred)
- Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:HydraulicsElectronics repairRobotics / servo systemsIndustrial/mechanical components
- Bachelors degree (Sales Marketing Engineering) ORTechnical/2-year degree in an industrial discipline is preferred
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new doors and close business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time and territory management abilities
- Comfortable working in industrial environments and traveling within the territory
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to travel (including occasional overnight)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
