Job Summary
-Lead the English department strategy curriculum planning and yearly action plan.
-Coach teachers through lesson observations feedback and training support.
-Ensure high-quality planning delivery assessment and internal moderation.
-Track student performance data and implement interventions to raise outcomes.
-Ensure consistency in teaching standards classroom practices and resources.
-Manage department meetings reporting and communication with leadership.
-Support school-wide events literacy initiatives and cross-curricular projects.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as an overall. with 3-5 years as a head
- Full proficiency in English
