Job Summary

KognitiveSales Solutions isseekinghighly motivated sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative you will be educating clients and offering Presidents Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of Presidents Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understandcustomersneeds to makeappropriate recommendations
  • Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge
  • Drive sales advocacy and brand awareness for our clients products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers havea great experience
  • Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
  • Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with store personnel
  • Maintaina high levelof confidentiality as you work with customer information
  • Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed

Keys to success:

  • Experience in salesor customer service(an asset)
  • Comfortable with sales targets eager to push the status quo
  • Outgoing personable enjoys interacting with people with a talent foracquiringnew customers.
  • Comfortable delivering key messages strong listening and communication skills
  • High levelof integrity and accountability working with confidential customer information
  • Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check
  • Interest in learning and development through coaching and training
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid drivers license is an assetbut notrequired
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Cantonese or Farsi is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base wage of $17.75/hour plus uncappedcommission

Schedule

  • Permanent FT or PT opportunities
  • Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between9am-9pm
