Based in Warrang - Sydney and Naarm roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation projects to optimise business value partnering with clients to implement change across systems processes and operating models.
• Manage project timelines risks and stakeholder expectations to support outcomes being delivered on time and within scope.
• Contribute to project planning status reporting risk management and quality assurance.
• Apply delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile Waterfall Hybrid) to suit the needs of different projects and programs from the simplest to the most complex.

Skills and attributes for success

To be considered for this role you must have hands-on experience in delivering projects/programs involving technology transformation preferably within the financial services environment.

Ideally youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.

• Have at least 5 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating a proven track record in technology transformation delivery project management or program support within consulting roles in the financial services industry.

• Demonstrate exceptional capacity for effective collaboration within diverse and inclusive teams consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and engaging stakeholders across both business and technology domains.

• Exhibit outstanding organisational skills exemplary communication abilities and proven problem-solving acumen.
