W2 Outpatient Therapist Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy
Location: Alexandria VA
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (W2 Employee)

This is not a contractor position.
You will be hired as a W2 employee with ongoing support training and administrative resources.

Your Role
As an outpatient therapist at Lifebulb you will:
- Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
- Complete treatment plans and progress notes
- Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
- Uphold Lifebulbs mission values and standards of care
What You Bring
Were looking for clinicians who are compassionate skilled and committed to high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Active state license in one of the following:
- LCSW
- LPC
- Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Dedication to providing ethical effective evidence-based care
Nice to Have:
- Experience with telehealth platforms
- Comfort working independently

Pay: $70000.00 - $110000.00 per year
