We are seeking a Scientist to support research early product development and process optimization within the pathology assay space. This role focuses on developing staining technologies executing laboratory research and applying scientific principles to drive innovation in diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute laboratory research and assay development strategies for new and existing products.
Develop and optimize staining formulations and processes.
Conduct experiments analyze data and implement process and documentation improvements.
Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and scientific methodologies to solve complex problems.
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with GMP GLP and Design Control standards.
Prepare technical reports protocols and present findings to cross-functional teams.
Contribute to intellectual property (patents) and innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and act as a technical subject matter expert when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with cell culture and live cell maintenance.
Strong foundation in molecular biology assay development and data analysis.
Experience applying DOE and experimental design principles.
Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tissue diagnostics and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Knowledge of primary and special staining techniques.
Familiarity with Digital Pathology image analysis and ELN systems.
Experience with organoid/spheroid models and AI-based data analysis tools.
Exposure to Agile/SAFe methodologies is a plus.
