Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read write and comprehend written assignments. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Demonstrates competency in basic computer skills. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs of the customer. Demonstrates the ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Requires good time management interpersonal and teamwork skills.
