Job Summary
A vacancy has arisen for a Sgt (Any) to serve as SNCO Career Manager at Headquarters Air Command RAF High Wycombe on Additional Duties Commitment (180) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 01 September 2026 (or earlier/later subject to candidate status). Whilst based at HQ Air Command there is significant opportunity to work predominantly from home or other location.
Responsible for:
Facilitating the Career Management of FTRS ADC and Established VeRR Personnel:
Conduct eligibility checks and carry out transactions on JPA:
Attestations
Promotions
Terminations
Career Intermissions/Extensions/JPAN Moves/any ad-hoc transactions in support of the above.
Mobilisations
SME on Reserves HR and JPA Career Management
Provide assistance on SERVE advertising:
Carry out comprehensive checks of adverts before they go live on the SERVE website
Upload adverts to the SERVE website
Liaise with Line Managers / Post Sponsors with advert queries
Update the Job Advert database once adverts are uploaded to SERVE
Inform Post Sponsor their Job Advert has been advertised on SERVE for their reference
