Key Aspects of the role:
Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management
- Designing deploying and managing modern endpoint environments across Windows macOS and mobile platforms.
Identity Security & Access
- Partnering with security teams to ensure compliance and protect users and devices.
Collaboration & Productivity Tools
- Designing solutions that enhance communication knowledge sharing and productivity.
- Troubleshooting complex collaboration and enduser experience issues.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitoring and enhancing performance reliability and user experience across the workplace ecosystem.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements to our modern workplace stack.
Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborating closely with service desk infrastructure security and business teams.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation standards and procedures.
About You:
