Were looking for a P&C Advisor to join our People & Capability team in the Auckland Region. Youll take the lead on Employment Relations (ER) matters and provide trusted HR advice to managers across the region helping us support our leaders strengthen our people culture and deliver Good Work safely and fairly.

As our P&C Advisor youll operate as a trusted HR generalist with a strong focus on endtoend Employment Relations (ER). This is a busy hands-on role working across multiple sites and office environments where youll partner closely with managers to navigate people issues and build capability. Youll make a real difference by confidently and independently leading disciplinary and performance management processes investigations and personal grievances while keeping us aligned with company policy and current employment legislation.

Independently manage ER issues end to end including disciplinary and performance management matters investigations and personal grievances.
Coach and support managers to confidently handle people matters providing clear risk-aware advice on likely outcomes and options.
Implement maintain and improve HR policies processes and employment agreements ensuring they reflect current legislation and company standards.
Support core HR cycles including performance appraisals and salary reviews providing accurate and timely information.
Promote a strong safety quality and people culture role-modelling our values and helping leaders drive engagement and performance.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR and ER processes and contribute to people-related projects as needed.

Demonstrated Employment Relations (ER) experience essential: proven ability to independently manage disciplinary and performance management processes conduct investigations and handle personal grievances.
At least 2 years experience in a generalist HR Advisor role (or similar).
Solid working knowledge of current employment legislation and practical HR policy application.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence and coach managers.
Excellent organisation time management and attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing demands.
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar (advantageous) and a full Class 1 drivers licence.
