We invite you to be a part of a growing ENT practice in Pueblo Colorado where you can build a rapidly expanding patient panel. This opportunity allows you to perform high procedural volumes within a large physician-led integrated health system focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Join our team and contribute to a community that has a substantial demand for Otolaryngology services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care in outpatient and surgical settings.
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear nose throat head and neck.
- Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures in the hospital and outpatient surgery center.
- Develop and manage a growing patient panel due to significant unmet demand.
- Collaborate closely with audiology specialists for integrated care.
- Receive mentorship and support from experienced ENT physicians.
- Participate in shared emergency department call coverage (1:5 rotation).
- Provide consultations for ENT-related conditions referred by regional healthcare providers.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation and care coordination.
- Deliver patient-centered care focused on high clinical quality and outcomes.
- Perform procedures in a Level III Trauma Center and an on-campus outpatient surgery center.
- Maintain excellent communication with physicians specialists and clinical staff across the health system.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) Required
- Active Colorado License (or willingness to obtain) Required
- Clean malpractice/license history Highly Preferred
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) Required
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) Required
- Permanent placement fee of $25K Required
- Visa support requirement Required
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Active state license in Colorado or willingness to acquire
- DEA certification required before starting
