Job Description:

BlackArch a wholly owned subsidiary of Regions Bank is a Southeast based middle-market M&A advisory firm whose professionals have closed more than 400 transactions across a broad range of industries with enterprise values ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion. BlackArch offers a full spectrum of advisory services to financial sponsors private companies and diversified corporations addressing the needs of owner-operators founders and shareholders of private companies with specialized services that include M&A advisory strategic advisory and private capital solutions.

The BlackArch Investment Banking Analysts will gain broad investment banking experience through exposure to a variety of different industries and transactions. Analysts play a critical analytical and support role within our deal teams and interact directly with clients alongside the firms experienced professionals. Analysts have significant responsibility for many key stages of the transaction process and are often responsible for a variety of simultaneous projects including developing valuation models and analyses compiling industry research writing and preparing presentation materials and interacting with clients on engaged transactions. Certain exceptional analysts may have the opportunity to stay for a third year or transition to a full-time position.

Requirements:

GPA in the 3.7 to 4.0 range
Strong SAT scores our most recent class averaged over 2200
Demonstrated interest in business whether through formal education or summer employment
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Extensive extracurricular activities
Ability to work long hours and to be an effective team member
Regions will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position; applications for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Additional Job Requirement: At this time this role is only open to former BlackArch Investment Banking Summer Analysts.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
