Job Summary
The Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff AZ is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Spa and Fitness Associate. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. This is a seasonal position from April-September.
- Monitors daily activity of the fitness center and or spa area; ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with rules and procedures.
- Schedule luxury spa appointments including massages aesthetics and nail services
- Coordinate with spa employees to book treatments
- Maintain spa cleanliness and assist in set up and break down of treatment rooms
- Exhibit excellent in-person email and phone communication with members and staff
- Assist in monitoring gym use to ensure member safety
- Coordinate fitness class equipment set up and breakdown
- Assist in developing fitness class monthly schedule and online appointment system
- Maintain fitness center cleanliness
- Creates a clean welcoming environment for all members and guests
- 18 years of age
- CPR/1st Aide training (recommended)
- Express leadership organization and interpersonal skills
- Be energetic enthusiastic patient and flexible
- Able to work in team and individual settings
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision from staff
- Exhibit characteristics of: Leadership enthusiasm patience self-control maturity responsibility great social skills integrity and a positive attitude
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
