What Youll Be Doing
Greet residents and guests and serve as the main point of contact
Monitor amenities and keep all spaces clean organized and guest-ready
Support events reservations and resident activities
Respond to calls emails and inquiries professionally
Enforce community guidelines and report concerns
Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain a safe high-quality experience
What Were Looking For
You dont need to come from luxury hospitality but you do need to bring the energy.
Customer service hospitality concierge or front desk experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced people-facing environment
Strong communication skills and presence
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask without losing composure
Naturally friendly but still professional
