Job Summary
Shift - 1st Shift
- Support daily Quality processes to ensure a dependable and efficient material flow at SILC
- Assist to manage daily Non-Conformance material events
- Assist support and coordinate quality sorts at SILC
- Provide Non-Conformance information in a timely manner
- Inform and/or escalate quality issues or concerns of operations/processes at SILC
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Frequent interaction with warehouse team members and supervisors.
- Requires physical movement including standing walking lifting and material handling.
Qualifications :
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Experience in Shipping/Receiving/Transportation environment preferred
- Forklift experience a bonus will train
- Experience with basic computer systems and scan guns.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal communication.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
- Physically able to handle freight.
Additional Information :
Pay / Benefits / Perks
- Hourly Rate: $16.75$17.50 per hour 2nd & 3rd shifts include a $3.00 premium where applicable
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
