Job Summary
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Education: A Diploma in either Engineering discipline or a certificate in Drafting Trade.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years for diploma in Engineering discipline and 14 to 16 years for certificate in Drafting Trade Preferably with a Consultant/Contractor.

The Role
As a Piping Designer with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc
- Production of designs drawings documentation and specifications; execution of tasks assigned by the Senior Grade Engineers. When assigned to a project as the Lead Designer for the duration of that project he will be responsible for the supervision and performance of the staff subordinated to him.
- Technical Participation:Carry out and supervise the preparation of design drawings material specifications and documentation as directed by the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer.
- Assist in the review and selection of equipment and materials as directed by the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer.
- Review vendors drawings for equipment as directed by the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer.
- Supervise and perform checking of all drawings prior to submission of the Lead Engineer or Lead Designer for approval.
- Supervise the application of technical knowledge to the Engineering Design and ensure that a consistently high standard is maintained.
