Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day and strategic management of the maintenance department to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hospitals facilities.
Working closely with the Engineering Manager you will be the link between senior management and the rest of the maintenance team serving as the primary channel for the flow of information.
As well as the day to day operation and team management you will also provide asset condition and life cycle costing expertise to support context of the Engineering Departments asset replacement program and the hospitals broader strategic asset master plan.
